The blog in a nutshell: Driftwood Journals is a leading source of informational and inspirational travel content for culturally and gastronomically curious travellers. I aim to serve travellers looking for authentic local experiences (art & culture, gastronomy, history, nature, romance) and an affordable taste of luxury in Spain (where I live) and the world’s most exciting destinations. Traffic hovers around 50,000 pageviews per month, typically from couples aged between 25 and 50.
Me in a nutshell: I’m Ben Holbrook, a British travel writer and photographer with a professional background in digital marketing. I worked as Head of Content Marketing at one of London’s most prestigious SEO agencies and fuse what I learned there with my creative talents to develop premium quality content that showcases the travel companies I partner with. I enjoy working with all types of businesses, from small restaurants and tour providers to national tourist boards and global travel brands.
